| Head Trauma Brings An Angle |
|
On June 18th of 2006, my wife and I were traveling to Helen, Georgia on a motorcycle. The rear tire of our motorcycle blew out. We lost control of our motorcycle. The accident we sustained was serious. My wife suffered massive head trauma. We were in the hospital for seven weeks, followed by a head trauma treatment center in Atlanta, Georgia for an additional three weeks. Upon coming home, we knew that my wife was going to need someone to watch her as she recuperated from her injuries. With God's help, a beautiful lady, Mrs. Hazel, came to care for my wife. Mrs. Hazel not only watched my wife, but provided the best care we could ask for. She was a therapist, a nurse, and a friend not only to my wife but to us all. She taught my wife many things, including how to care for herself and function in her daily life again. She has been an inspiration to everyone around us. She has encouraged us all to continue on with our lives. All the hospitals said my wife's recovery was up to her; with Mrs. Hazel's help she has made a much unexpected recovery. She encouraged both of us in our greatest time of need. We both care deeply for Mrs. Hazel. We wish her the best on any and all of her future endeavors. Please call any of us any time.
