Our family cannot express in words, how extraordinary Joyce is, not only in her skills as a CNA, but as a person of superior character,

superb know-how, and sensitivity to the needs of family and friends, as they came during our mother's long illness, and at her death and following in our period of mourning. She is unselfish and attended to our entire family helping us cope as we watched our mother fade away. She is a person of great faith and positive thinking and had a calming affect on both my sisters and me. She is professional in every sense of the word and has the qualities of a leader. Anyone who entrusts the care of a sick one to Joyce is in good hands. We love her.
