Freedom Home Care offers a full range of in-home child care services. We can provide a caregiver to assist parents with before and after school care, full-time nanny services,
parent's helpers, new mom services, and care during the summer and/or holiday breaks.
Some of the services we provide in addition to infant and child care are:
light housekeeping, meals and snacks, errands and shopping,
and transportation to appointments and children's
activities.
Our caregivers must meet the following minimum qualifications: pass criminal background check, have a clean driving history, pass TB (tuberculosis) test, pass drug screening, certified in infant/child CPR and have
previous child care experience.
Before and After School Care
We can help working parents by assisting with children before and after school. We can pick up and drop off children at school, prepare meals and snacks, help with homework, supervise play, and help with getting the children ready for school or bedtime.
Parent's Helpers
Life can be very hectic at times. Often those times
are when you are trying to run errands and you have a baby
who is overdue for his nap, and a toddler who is ripe for an
ill-timed tantrum. We can help by providing a helper
to take care of the children while you and your spouse take
care of the day-to-day tasks of managing a family. Or
maybe you and your spouse need some time to wind down and
spend time together. Many couples take advantage of
this time to work out together, have dinner out, or go to a
movie.
Full-Time Nanny
Our nanny service provides care for infants and toddlers in the home. Our
nannies can also help with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands like grocery
shopping and taking children to lessons. There are many benefits to having
someone care for children at home; they do not get as sick as often as they
would in a daycare, you save time by not having to get them ready each morning
and taking them to and from daycare and the children will
receive individualized one-on-one care. The parents set the schedule and control
all aspects of their child's care.
New Moms
The addition of a new baby to the family can be a challenging time. It can be exhausting to care for a newborn all night and still have to care for young children during the day. In addition to helping with homemaker tasks, our experienced caregivers can help with night wakings and feedings. Our new mom service is designed to allow mothers time to recover from childbirth, bond with their new baby, and help other children with the transition by devoting individual attention to them.
Summer Care/Holiday Breaks
Many times children just want to stay home with their familiar surroundings and toys during the summer and over holiday breaks. We can provide a caregiver to stay with your children during these times. Not only can they care for your children in the home, but they can also help out around the house and take them to fun activities and lessons during the day.
